Administrative Ministry Commission
The Administrative Ministry Commission is responsible for developing and updating personnel policies and job descriptions of all non-clergy staff, making recommendations to the Council regarding personnel matters, and conducting annual performance reviews of the Pastor and church staff. New members are always welcome.
News from the Commission Chair

Last fall the Council directed the Commission to develop a procedure for implementing the pastor’s supervision of church staff. Job descriptions will be adjusted and the evaluation procedure will be modified to reflect the pastor’s role in coordinating the review of the employee. The evaluation process will be completed prior to beginning preparation of the budget.

The Records Management Policy was forwarded to Council and approved at their March meeting.

A review of Church Policy Chart indicates that of the 15 policies listed on the chart, 11 have been approved by Council, 3 are in draft form and 1 has yet to be developed.

Meetings are held as needed and are normally scheduled the first Monday of the month. It is anticipated that a meeting will be scheduled in June.
